Anya Hindmarch offers a 14-day return period for all items purchased online, provided they are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that personalized or bespoke items are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Anya Hindmarch packaging, ensuring all protective dust bags and authenticity cards are included inside the box.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to your nearest authorized collection point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
